NuPhy WH80 Review: 8K Wireless Hall-Effect Keyboard for Competitive Play
A specification-led review of NuPhy's 80% Hall-effect keyboard with tri-mode connectivity, 8K polling, 8,000 mAh battery and adjustable rapid trigger.
Review method This review is based on NuPhy's official specification, manual information and current store listing. CouponLuma has not measured latency or battery life independently.
Performance hardware The WH80 uses an 83-key ANSI layout with high-profile magnetic switches and a gasket mount. NuPhy advertises 8,000 Hz polling over wired and 2.4 GHz modes, 0.005 mm rapid-trigger precision and a 0.1 ms response target. Bluetooth 5.0 is available at 125 Hz for everyday multi-device use.
Daily-use fit An 8,000 mAh battery is rated for more than 500 hours, and the keyboard supports Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. PBT keycaps, top-emitting LEDs and a side knob round out the package. At 1,516 g, it is stable on a desk but not especially portable. Web-based NuPhyIO configuration is convenient, though competitive users should expect setup time for actuation and rapid-trigger profiles.
